Andro Table Tennis was founded in the late 1980s in Dortmund by the German national team players Wilfried Micke and Ralf Wosik, who wanted to pursue a simple philosophy: Every individual table tennis player, regardless of their level, can and should be able to find themselves in the extensive andro® range - the right table tennis equipment for every player. Andro is a young brand in the world of table tennis, known for its vibrant colors and trendy marketing materials, that aims to promote the future of table tennis and support the champions of tomorrow.

In line with this philosophy, Andro supports the Kids Open table tennis tournament that has been held in Düsseldorf for more than 30 years and attracts more than 1,500 young table tennis players every year. Andro offers an extensive selection of high-quality "Made in Germany" table tennis rubbers. The Rasanter series - with its signature neon green sponge - is Andro's flagship table tennis rubber offering and is offered in rotational or speed-oriented versions with hardness degrees ranging from 37 to 53 degrees. Hexer is Andro's other main rubber line for table tennis, with interesting recent additions such as the Grip and Powergrip table tennis rubbers.

Andro also offers a wide range of high-quality table tennis frames, including the brand new Gauzy line, as well as the Ligna, Treiber and Novacell lines, where table tennis players of all types and skill levels can find the right equipment to improve their table tennis game.

Some well-known table tennis players who have worked with Andro include French superstar Simon Gauzy (silver medalist at the 2016 European Championship - Gauzy SL OFF with Rasanter R53), German star Sabine Winter (European Women's Doubles Champion in 2013 and 2016 - Novacell OFF with Rasanter R47), Kamal Sharath Achanta (three-time Commonwealth Champion), Stéphane Ouaiche (French Champion in 2014 and 2016) and Tomas Konecny (Czech Men's Table Tennis Singles Champion in 2014 and 2016).
