Killer Soft: Softer, more control, very disturbing. Killer Soft comes with a noticeably softer sponge. The resulting longer ball contact time offers more control for almost all playing strokes, both for passive play (returning serve, pushing, blocking) and for attacking (counter-attacking, hitting). Despite its softness, it is a fast rubber that allows a very dynamic game. Control has been significantly improved to allow less experienced short pimple players to enter the world of Killer rubbers.
Like the other rubbers in the Killer family, Killer Soft is very disruptive as it creates a very low bounce with almost all playing strokes. Blocking, counter-attacking and straight hitting will result in many immediate winning points.
The best compromise between attack options, control and disruptive effect is achieved with 1.3 and 1.5mm sponge. The thicker versions make the rubber faster but will reduce control and disruptive effects.
Killer Soft is a great entry point into the world of Killer rubbers and a lot of fun to play with!
