The Friendship 802-1 is a short pimple rubber from Friendship that has not yet been used in the Netherlands. The studs of this rubber are very short and wide. The distance between the studs is larger than the Friendship 799 and Friendship 802. The underlay of this rubber is the white HRS underlay, which in terms of playing properties is in the middle of classic and modern Chinese underlays.
These short studs are very suitable for the offensive block and counter game where block balls can be placed very short. The Friendship 802-1 is less in terms of spin compared to the Friendship 802-40, but offers more possibilities for a variety-rich game at a high pace than classic short pimples such as the Friendship 802.
