Product description
The 837 Mystery (full name: 837 Mystery III) combines the top rubber of the Friendship 837 with a modern sponge. This sponge is quite soft, elastic and has a strong slingshot effect. This makes the 837 Mystery even faster than the 837, but also more emotional. The sponge cushions passive impacts comfortably.
This surface is intended for variable pimple play with more frequent attack attempts and can score thanks to its very high interference effect. However, it is not easy to control, although sensitivity to incoming rotation can be particularly problematic. On the other hand, the 837 Mystery can be used quite flexibly and also allows for effective undercut defense. Active block balls are also possible, but passive ones are not. The 837 Mystery is therefore only an option for experienced and powerful players.
