The SpinLord Degu was our first short pimple rubber and it is still one of our most popular. Both the top sheet and the sponge are very soft. The studs of the Degu are very short, have a cone shape and ribbed stud heads.
The sponge is not only elastic, but also has a good built-in speed glue effect. The speed level of this rubber is ideal for controlled attacks.
The Degu is very impervious to incoming spin and is also very easy to play. That is why it is also a good choice for all players who have never played with a pimple-out rubber before. Advanced players will be impressed by the amount of spin that can be generated with this rubber. No other short pimple rubber is as suitable for playing topspins as the Degu, and it is also very good for playing undercut balls.
At the same time, counter-attacks and blocked balls can be played just as easily, effectively and accurately as with harder rubbers.
