The SpinLord ORKan is a remarkable new mid-length pimple rubber with an exceptionally sticky rubber compound and cylindrical pimples with ribbed pimple heads. The pimples are thinner than those of most medium-length pimples, but surprisingly robust and hardly deflect, even under powerful attacks. The rubber is very fast, sturdy and has a slight slingshot effect. The underlay is medium-hard and offers a good built-in speed-glue effect, which is especially beneficial for block and counter play. The ORKan is ideal for block balls, counter-attacks and undercut balls, while topspins are slightly more difficult due to the pimple shape. It comes with two sponge variants: ORKan with a soft silver-colored sponge and ORKan II with a hard pink sponge. Both sponges are high-speed sponges with good speed gluing effect. The pink sponge is faster but harder to control, while the silver sponge is better suited for intermediate players. The ORKan offers an unpredictable ball trajectory and a high disruptive effect, making it an excellent choice for players looking for easy-to-play yet effective pimple rubbers.
