The SpinLord ORKan is a remarkable new semi-long pimple rubber with a very sticky rubber compound and cylindrical pimples with ribbed pimple heads. The rubber compound is elastic and medium-hard. Unlike our previous short and medium stud rubbers with conical studs, the ORKan now has cylindrical studs, which reduces speed slightly. As a result, the high speed is mainly generated by the sponge instead of the top sheet.
The cylindrical studs make the rubber more dangerous because they can wobble more easily, making the ORKan ideal for block balls and counter-attacks. Topspins are not the main strength of this rubber, but are still possible due to the high friction.
The ORKan comes with two different sponges: a soft silver-colored sponge and a hard pink sponge. Both sponges offer a high speed and a well-built speed-glue effect.
