DNA Platinum is a world-class table tennis rubber from Stiga. It is the latest addition to Stiga's DNA series, with a new generation of table tennis rubbers from Germany. This rubber is ideal for professional players with a very attacking playing style who expect the highest quality materials. The unique composition of the rubber provides excellent grip, allowing players to hit the ball from challenging angles. The short studs together with the thin top mean that DNA Platinum can accommodate a thicker sponge (up to 2.3mm), adding extra speed and power to the game. Thanks to the PSC (Power Sponge Cell) technology you get a longer ball trajectory with more power in your shots and a more aggressive arc when playing loops. The sponge pores also improve the contact between the rubber and the blade, resulting in the desired clear sound with every stroke. The soft sponge increases the contact time between rubber and ball and provides better feeling and control without significant loss of speed. In addition, the rubber produces that characteristic clicking sound.
